MADE Creative-in-Residence, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico – September 2024
I am so honored and excited to be one of several MADE Creatives-in-Residence at MADE, in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for the month of September!
MADE was founded by Yesica Guerra to provide opportunities to all kinds of artists and creatives from all over the world, to have time and space to explore the history and culture of this beautiful town, its people, its rituals, and celebrations. It is a time we are individually encouraged to take art classes at local art institutions outside of our main artistic practices, personally engage with the community, and exchange ideas, practices, reflections, and inspirations with one another at the residency! I can’t wait to be there to just be, write, make art, explore, take part in community happenings, and bond with the other artists at MADE. Very grateful!
